The Hitachi 37LD8600 is £900 giant screen HD budget TV. With a whole range of passable features. In comparison to Bush and Goodmans the TV looks robust and has a good feel to it.

But if you feed it with high definition signal you will see a mark difference in picture quality and colors which again stresses the need of a digital tuner in this TV.
Why would you like to buy this TV will depend on the requirements that you are looking for if you are getting your TV feed from Sky Digital and Digital cable Broadcasters then you might consider it as TV gives a pretty decent performance but if you will end up watching whole of the content on Analogue tuner then my friend this is not what you are looking for.
