For those who would just love to view a high-definition DVR and eye-pleasing OTA HDTV broadcasts on their PC, ATI has rolled out the new tuner card, TV Wonder 650. The TV wonder 650 integrates a motion-adaptive 3D comb filter, noise reduction, MPEG-2 encoding and last but not the least, the Avivo technology for quality images on analog transmission. If you are using two tuner cards, you have the option to record and view two programs simultaneously. The ATI also facilitates a translucent video window to display your vital tasks, thanks to the ThruView technology. The concept is not innovative and I am sure you won’t mind to pay a reasonable $129 for the TV Wonder 650 to enjoy better OTA HDTV broadcasts on your system.
