As the 2007 International CES event is coming near, all the web has been covered with the news of the products that are going to be showcased at the big event. While many others in the HDTV industry have started announcing their list, Proton Electronic Industrial has also revealed its plans to showcase its two full HD LCD TVs at CES in Las Vegas.
The salient features of both the 42-incher and the 47-incher LCD TVs are:
•Resolution of 1,920×1,080
•Wide viewing angle of 176-degress
•Integrated digital and analog tuners
•HDMI inputs
•Dual-picture functions offering alternatives to view TV
The 47-incher model boasts a contrast ratio of 1,200:1, a brightness of 500 nits and a pair of built-in 5-watt speakers. Other than the two HD LCD TVs, proton will also display its two widescreen LED-backlit LCD TVs that utilize LED as backlighting source.
