
Leaving behind all other brand names, Panasonic snatches the claim to putforth the world’s first Blu-ray Disc recorders capable of playing back pre-recorded BD-Video discs. The Blu-ray units DIGA DMR-BW200 and DMR-BR100 have massive hard drive of 500GB and 200GB respectively.
You can record HD pictures on BD-RE rewritable discs and can copy from the built-in HDD to BD discs at 4x speed. Other features include HDMI, HD imagery at 1080p, 25GB and 50GB Blu-ray optical discs support, iLink ports, and 7.1 channels of sound. The Diga DMR-BW200 and BR100 are available for 2,013 Euros and 1,611 Euros respectively.
