Making its new Aviamo range public, Fujitsu showcased two new plasmas as well as one new LCD. As far as the 37-inch LCD and the 65-inch plasma are concerned, they will appear by January 2007, whereas, the 50-inch plasma will be launched in the later half of next year. Featuring 1920 x 1080 resolutions with two HDMI connections, integrated stands complete with B&W stereo speakers and framed in black piano gloss, the new Aviamo range will use AVM III, a new generation of video processing technology, which includes full 1080p processing to the potential of the original AVM II processor, in addition to superior color organization with a fresh menu variety for gamma modification, 24p/30p film mode to improve motion smoothness and contour alteration to diminish uneven borders. The new Aviamo range 37-inch LCD will price about £3000, whereas the massive 65-inch plasma will cost around £12,000.
