Imation, a premier leader in data storage media, has announced its first recordable HD-DVD media. It could have been so good if it came in dual-layer. Anyways, available in single layer, the new Imation HD-DVD can hold your images, videos and other data of upto a size of 15GB.
The Imation HD-DVD-Rs come in scratch and dust resistant protective covering. These HD-DVD-Rs will allow the users to record high-definition video with a crisp picture quality and high-quality sound.
The Imation’s single layer HD-DVD-R is available for a price of $19.99. Personally, I am fervently waiting for the dual-layer HD-DVD-Rs as Imation is going to introduce them in 2007.
