Sharp has joined the race in developing cheaper LCD TVs just like Samsung and Toshiba, with LC-32GD8E.
Sharp will sell this 32-incher for around £700-£800.
Being cheap the TV does not compromise on the quality. The LC-32GD8E displays razor-sharp images and is truly an eye candy.
The main things that have been sacrificed by Sharp are the interfaces as there is only one HDMI socket and the component video and the VGA inputs have been integrated into a single socket.
If you ignore these minor things, the TV is a winner all the way...

The day is not far when the LCD TVs with the cheaper price tags will come rocking a good stuff of features too, the reason being stiff competetion in the HDTV market.
