Sony has unveiled a new range of rear-projection TVs.
These screens feature 3 LCDs in a cabinet that according to the company is 22% slimmer than the previous Sony Grand Wega Projection TVs.
The picture is showing the side view of a 50-inch KDF-50E3000.
This TV offers full 1080p, great looks and extraordinary brightness and sharpness.
These models offer high-end resolution of 1920 x 1080p and there is no ’screen door effect’.
The company has also admitted that these micro-displays are losing popularity to the cheaper LCD models. But still rear projection screens are the best and the cheapest way to get a big, sharp and bright screen in HDTV land.
