Extending the previous restricted 92 per cent of image display due to the over-scan system, Toshiba Canada has started a whole range of REGZA. The conspicuous unit is the 47′’ 47HL196 with 1080p resolution.
The series involves xHD technology that works by scaling the HD signal allowing the TV to display the full transmitted picture. Senior Director of Marketing, Robert Gumiela says:
